Qué datos recopilamos

• Cuenta: tu dirección de correo electrónico y el nombre que elijas, para autenticarte.
• Entrenamiento: tus objetivos, frecuencia, días e intensidad elegidos en el cuestionario; las rutinas y sets que armes; y las sesiones que registres (ejercicios, series, repeticiones y peso levantado).

No pedimos fotos, ubicación, contactos ni ningún otro dato del dispositivo.

Para qué los usamos

Exclusivamente para que la app funcione: generar tu plan, mostrar tus entrenamientos, llevar tu historial de series y calcular tu racha y tu progreso semanal. Nada más.

Con quién se comparten

Con nadie. No vendemos ni compartimos tus datos con terceros, no mostramos publicidad y no hacemos tracking ni analítica de comportamiento.

Dónde viven tus datos

Tus datos se almacenan de forma segura en Supabase (infraestructura sobre AWS), con acceso restringido por reglas de seguridad a nivel de base de datos: cada cuenta solo puede leer y escribir sus propios datos.

Tus derechos

Puedes editar tu rutina, tus sets y tu plan desde la app en cualquier momento. Para borrar todo, usa Cuenta → Eliminar cuenta dentro de la app: se elimina tu usuario y todos tus datos de forma inmediata e irreversible. También puedes escribirnos a jesus.perea@outlook.com.

Menores de edad

La app no está dirigida a menores de 13 años.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and chosen name, for authentication.
• Training: the goals, frequency, days and intensity you pick in the questionnaire; the routines and sets you build; and the workout sessions you log (exercises, sets, reps and weight lifted).

We don't ask for photos, location, contacts or any other device data.

How we use it

Solely to make the app work: generating your plan, showing your workouts, keeping your set history, and computing your streak and weekly progress. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

No one. We don't sell or share your data with third parties, we show no ads, and we do no tracking or behavioral analytics.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (on AWS infrastructure), with database-level security rules: each account can only read and write its own data.

Your rights

You can edit your routine, sets and plan in the app at any time. To erase everything, use Account → Delete account inside the app: your user and all your data are removed immediately and irreversibly. You can also write to jesus.perea@outlook.com.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
